Job Description
  • Provide legal consultation and advisory support to the Board of Directors and relevant departments on legal matters arising from business operations as well as the company’s general activities.

  • Analyze legal risks related to business activities and transactions, and propose appropriate preventive and corrective measures.

  • Interpret and clarify legal regulations for relevant departments to ensure accurate understanding and compliance.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to develop and draft internal regulations, rules, and policies in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure internal policies remain updated and compliant with current legal requirements.

  • Oversee the implementation of internal regulations and support departments during operational execution.

  • Work and negotiate with external partners and clients as assigned.

  • Represent the company in resolving disputes, complaints, or legal proceedings to protect the company’s lawful rights and interests.

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, legal documents, meeting minutes, official letters, and other documentation to ensure legality and accuracy.

  • Evaluate the legal validity of transactions and contracts prior to signing to minimize potential risks.

  • Prepare documentation related to legal procedures such as business registration, trademark registration, license amendments, etc
    Propose adjustments to internal processes and policies in accordance with legal updates to ensure compliance



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and effective collaboration skills

  • Strong proficiency in English. IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent is an advantage.

  • Logical and creative thinking ability.

  • Honest, careful, and detail-oriented in all tasks.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
