Job Description

  • Provide support to the Sales Department in managing and nurturing customer and partner relationships.

  • Prepare required documents, proposals, quotations, and contracts for Sales activities and client requests.

  • Assist in presenting and consulting the company’s products and services to potential customers.

  • Monitor the workflow with clients, schedule reminders, update progress, and support the resolution of arising issues.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments (Marketing, Business Analysis, Technical, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and effective support for business operations.

  • Consolidate business data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

  • Participate in internal and client meetings, take minutes, and track the completion of action items.

  • Update information on market trends, competitors, and customer demands to support the Sales team in enhancing performance.

  • Perform administrative and operational tasks related to Sales activities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

  • Do other tasks by BOD assignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Strong proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent is an advantage.

  • Experience in Sales Administration, Sales, Presales, Project Coordination, or similar roles is preferred.

  • Graduation in a legal-related field or experience working in legal field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Logical, detail-oriented, and adaptable in dynamic environments.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
