Participate in full cycle of the recruitment process: from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding.
Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: Input candidate’s information into the internal system; post job description on recruitment websites, job boards, social networks, forums and any other recruiting means and tools.
Search resumes for each vacancy.
Screen applications, contact potential candidates to arrange test and schedule interview if required, welcome candidates.
Prepare onboarding for new employees.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Participate in other HR activities such as: employer branding, internal training, organize internal events ...
