      • Participate in full cycle of the recruitment process: from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding.

      • Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: Input candidate’s information into the internal system; post job description on recruitment websites, job boards, social networks, forums and any other recruiting means and tools. 

      • Search resumes for each vacancy.

      • Screen applications, contact potential candidates to arrange test and schedule interview if required, welcome candidates.

      • Prepare onboarding for new employees.

      • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.

      • Participate in other HR activities such as: employer branding, internal training, organize internal events ...

      • Interest in HR field.

      • Passionate about people, services and culture.

      • Good communication skills, fluent in English is a plus (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).
      • Content writing and presentation skills. 

      • Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.

      • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
